For the best results:

  • Share a screen recording (Loom preferred) showing the issue in the booking
  • Provide your project link via Bolt interface (set to private - anyone with link)
  • Send these materials before our meeting so I can investigate ahead of time

Most issues can be resolved within our scheduled time.

For more complex challenges, a second hour is available at 50% off. You can secure this discounted hour in advance if you'd like to ensure extended support. If we solve it before we move into that time, I'm happy to just refund you for the 2nd hour of course. (Will be emailed to you after you have completed this booking process. If its not, DM me on Twitter)

The first hour is 100% paid and accounted for, as it also covers the recon on your project and is 100% non refundable.

If we can't solve it on the call, I'm going to make sure I point you in the right direction to try and get you "back on the road" so to speak.

Terms of Service:

  • All services are non-refundable
  • Payment is due regardless of the outcome or solution path identified
  • This includes scenarios where:
    • Your project requires extensive refactoring
    • The original approach isn't viable and needs reworking
    • Issues are more complex than initially apparent
  • No refunds will be issued if you arrive unprepared or without required access/materials
  • Rescheduling requires 24-hour notice

Service is provided on a best-effort basis with no guarantees of specific outcomes. I'm committed to helping solve your problems and providing valuable guidance, but I also need to protect the time and effort invested in each consultation.

Your call with me will be under the STRICTEST of confidence and WILL NOT be discussed unless given explicit permission. I typically ask on every call to be able to repurpose it for content OR to help the community with learned lessons. I will always ask for your permission.
